Jack I am having the same problem. I don't have a fixed training schedule. But one thing's for sure you can't adopt another person's training schedule beacuse your life will be quite different than his/her. You can just take an idea from it.

What I recommend is that get up early in the morning anytime between 4-6am and train for on hour. Then work anytime when you are free in the day. And then work for about 30mins before going to bed. Well this is easier said than done. I've never been able to do such a schedule for more than a week.

Hello, My name is, as u probably guessed, Jack. I've been practicing Ki for about 2 years now. Anyway, The thing is I'm not very diligent with it. I make Ki balls every now and then, I ground sometimes, but I dont do a lot of work on it. but now I want to get into it again so if someone could tell me a schedule that has worked well for them that would be great. Thanks.
