bounce technique?

If you imagine the way a ball bounces when you drop or throw it, you will have the general idea. Imagine a ball being tossed inside of your body and bouncing back. Go slowly at first. There is an upper limit to how fast you can go and still effectively stimulate the energy body.

It's just moving your energy back and forth in a particular area. The ball bouncing is a good visualisation aid. Just keep it going. Start slow at first. Eventually you can get the feel for your upper limit, which can increase with time...I think....[:P]

The idea of the bounce is to just loosen up the energy body so energy pathways are a little looser and stimulated before a practice with energy. The effect it has on the energy body is sort of like the effect stretching has on the physical body before/after you go for a run or other athletic training.

I'm using both the Astral Dynamics version of NEW and the one here on the Astral Pulse. They both have information missing that is filled up by the other version...crazy. For example, the one here tells you how to stimulate your mouth and throat...and the one in Astral Dynamics teaches you how to work on your energy centers. It's worth reading both. Astral Dynamics is a great book. Any single part of it is worth it's price and then some[:)].

i was reading the NEW program and i came across the bounce technique. I dont really know wut it is even though i read about it. i would like to know wut its supposed to feel like and how to achieve it plz.
