Burning crown

I mentioned before that I'm going through all sorts of unusual energy patterns that happen spontaneously.  I've grown used to them and it's not scary or weird anymore.  I just let them run their course.

However ... last night my crown started *burning.*  Other people could feel the heat coming off my head.  There was one point where it actually hurt.  

It went away and I'm fine today.  But is that something to be concerned about?

Again, I'd appreciate *any* replies and thoughts.  This burning sensation and the fact that other people can feel it is really out of my range of experience.

Good to know, Major Tom.  Thank you.  It's been happening every once in awhile since then, but I haven't caught fire or anything

Seriously, just listen to your body. It knows what to do.

Well, I've been debating that.  If it does know what to do, apparently it's "sit there and wait."  Which is entirely possible, of course.

my palms are, i feel them like the skin is burned up, and it still burns a bit..

so whats the trick?
