how hard did you work?? Maybe u did run out... never go overboard.
Try to rest, sleep, eat, and drink healthy stuff (no sodas or anything like that... lots of water). Rest for a week and you'll be back guarenteed...
thats burn out.. and i think it is just how yuyu hakusho{no refence to the show just a charactor that did the same thing mostly} and he couldn't use his energy...so just keep trying to raise your attack/healing powers everytime u do train...
goto a park, draw in chi.

Try to gradually build up your training so you accumulate strength. Don't worry though, a burn out isn't permanent.[;)]

i think your wrong about the eating healthy part...i fasted for 3 days, then i heard about ki balls. so on my very first attempt to make one, my hands went hot and tingly and i felt the energy...it was clearly there. then later i ate a little and tried to make one again and i couldnt even feel a little tingle in my hands. maybe it helps when your system is cleared, or something...?
You see, the only problem I have with resting is that...I love
ki. I love the amount of things you can do with it, how it feels
everything! It a part of me, and I practice everyday (cause its
fun). So, I don't think I can go a whole week without ki.
Dude, i use to be able to do a lot of ki techniques and I was progressing very well! I was at like...beginner/ intermediate ki person...thing...ANYWAY, but one day I desided to do some heavy training and...i think i over did it. After that for like, um...three days or so I was tired. But in the fourth day I wasn't tired anymore! Yay, right? BUT, I feel NO WAY as strong as I was. Every ball or wave is way weaker, and I can't figure out why! Can anyone help?
