Twitching muscles

Everyone gets the muscle twitching. The energy and the signals going to the muscles both have electrical and magnetic components. Also, blood flow tends to increase due to the presence of energy in parts of the body. This sortof thing comes and goes in cycles.

There are times when my arms and legs go pretty much flying around. A puppet on a string comes to mind.
I take the twitches and jerks to be a sign of progress as they imho usually mean one is reaching for a new level in the energy work.
They're fun as well, it's amusing to feel an arm jump up without you having anything conscious to do with it.

The blood part is pretty much as Tom said and incidentally one of the benefits of energy work.

I tried N.E.W. for the first time a year ago, and my muscles started to twitch a few times a day at different parts of my body.
I stopped using N.E.W. after I got some kind of panic-disorder and pain in the chest area which lasted for six months, but the twitches still remains.

I noticed that you can have muscle spasms when you position your body in certain postitions. Like if you lay on your side and put your elbow down, chances are, your arm will twitch.  Or if you sit in a chair and situate one foot only on the toes, the calf will twitch.  You can also make this work for you, as I have in a really really dumb way.

I can cause a muscle spasm to work only in the tip of my index finger, so as to be able to mash a button over 14 times per second.  I have proof too

I got a question, what is N.E.W.? I have heard that it is New Energy Ways, but how do you do it?

Whew...That's a relief. I thought I was just weird. I notice little half twitch thingies in my arms mostly. Sometimes in my thighs too. Kinda inconvenient. Oh well. But auraseer, you might want to get that vein checked out by a doctor. I've never heard of anything like that and it might be a serious medical condition instead of just some little energy side effect.

SSMajinGohan - There's a ton of other topics on the NEW energy system thing. Look it over. I don't much care for it, but I know that a lot of people have had great success with it.

I never liked the whole dealy with NEW.  It didn't apply to me (also it took me 3 hours to get section 1 complete.  I don't have that kind of time.)  I'm sure other people love it for its simplicity, but for me there's nothing better than simply slacking off and trying to invent ways to do things myself.

Since I started to do Ki and N.E.W, I have noticed that my muscles twitch in a pulse. Also, I can see a gigantic vein all the way from my palm to my shoulder.

Is this normal? If so, who else has it?
