it sounds to me like you were merely mentally conjuring a stream of energy which was flowing randomly round your body....
i always create little energy balls to get to unstimulated areas of my body than need energising, usually in my wrists, elbows and armpits... the rest comes with chakra stimulation.

Must've been doing it subconsciously then. I wasn't meditating or doing enery work. I was just about to go to sleep.
Now that I've thought about it a bit it's just possible that the heart chakra sensation was subtle enough not to register around my chest but since I'm extremely ticklish I felt it near my armpit. So maybe I'm not that twisted afterall![]("http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_wink.gif")

Now that I've thought about it a bit it's just possible that the heart chakra sensation was subtle enough not to register around my chest but since I'm extremely ticklish I felt it near my armpit. So maybe I'm not that twisted afterall

Don't know if this should actually be in the Bugs forum.
I had a few short OBEs last night with all the buzzing etc going except for one strange thing.
The heart chakra sensations (thumping, buzzing, tingling...) started below my right armpit and moved along my neck to a spot behind my right ear! And it was like someone driving their knuckly in my side.
On the later tiny-OBEs the feeling stayed where it originally started 5inches below right armpit.
Now the question is: Can the chakras get misplaced/misaligned like this or did I feel something entirely different?
I'll post more on my adventures last night once I get it sorted out a bit.
