ok, first this: where are the Chakra's located (All of them but if it is to hard to tell then only primerie)
now this : u guys say that u (with some tactics) have to open some chakra's... what do u have to visualize and how do u know u succeded?
and now : can someone give me a site that explains ALL the chakra's (primerie, secunderie, teririe or something) + micro chakra's if possible.
