Conscious Energy Building

I've been working on building my energy up over the last few months.

What I've noticed over the last couple of months is that I'm able to consciously increase my energy (at least I assume thats what it is!).  Its difficult to describe because its just like thinking about moving your finger i.e. you dont think about it, you just do it.

It started with just a tingling sensation down my back (almost like shivers down your spine but stronger).  I started trying to amplify the feeling, which made it stronger and, after practicing a fair bit, I now find I can do so whenever I like.  I can get to a point where it feels almost overpoweringly strong electricity flowing through my body very quickly.  The main focal point seems to be in my (lower?)chest.  I get to a certain level and I seem to fuse my system and the feeling cuts out.

I've not been using any of the NEW techniques until the last couple of weeks.  Now I'm focusing on drawing energy through my legs & arms it seems to make the feeling stronger.

I'm just wondering has anyone else had similar experiences when trying to build up energy?

I've done this since I was a young boy . With NEW you get increased focus and methodical developement

I'm just reading up on the Mystic Heart Healing Technique now, looks very interesting!!  Sounds like the heart strobing effect is very much like what is happening...

I assumed there was something I should/could be doing with this energy I was building up - you've found an answer for me!

You are very much welcome Of course it's Robert's technique LOL. You may find that other chakras will get involved also. Involuntarily my third eye will follow the heart, then the rest semi voluntarily.
