I used to follow a Tai Chi Master but I was much younger then and didn't appreciate the importance of energy "chi". He could do amazing things to his students such as put them into spasms or lose control simply by touching them. In hindsight, it would appear that he was disrupting their energy flows by injecting his own energy (much more powerful) into them.

Does anybody also practise Tai Chi and could elaborate on the amazing feats performed using chi?

I'm sure most yoga practitioners would not be experienced enough to feel the physical energy flows, but would be good to hear from anyone who has...

Thanks for sharing your experiences!

I have never seen anyone who practices or teaches Tai Chi or Yoga use it or promote it as a way to disable another person. These practices are usually about personal development for health, physically and energetically.

I have seen one or two people (though not in person) teaching disabling techniques using energy, but I do not recall them claiming the practice to be Tai Chi, and I know it was not Yoga. All highly stressed the danger and seriousness of it and did not promote it in a casual way.
Alice had got so much into the way of expecting nothing but out-of-the-way things to happen, that it seemed quite dull and stupid for life to go on in the common way.
