I think he means you can draw energy into your tan tien charka located an inch or two under the belly button (a.k.a Navel).[]

Are chakras naturally there, or is this a method in which works best?

I sort of took it, that this is natural, and so the chakras are found as natrual or the best...?[|)]

kensh it takes time to make spi balls, Dont be ignorent and think u can do it within a week think mroe of 3 months befor u can even see the energy

Took me a year to achive me seeing a ball but was small. Other poeple felt it but no one else could see it. BUt you mgiht achive faster if your really into it. I just am multi tasked so it takes me time

I have been trying it out, and energy manipulation seems easy but hard, as i don't know were my chakras lye on my body, i've seen the charts etc!!!![xx(] but it's not enough, is there a technic, way in which or something?
