Well, let's say if your energy body was a car, the storage centers would be the battery, and the primary centers / chakras would be the engine :)
What about their LOCATIONS??
Arent the storage centres UNDER the Chakras??
How do you visualise the different locations??
Do you need to??
I would say that the storage centres are in the front
of the body and the energy centres in the spine.
I have never worked with the heart and head storage areas, only the navel. I believe Mr. Bruce says that you really only need to concentrate on filling the navel, as when it becomes full it will spill over into the others. I don't visualize it, but I can feel it. It is below the 3rd Chakra, more towards the front. You don't need to visualize it. Just take the energy to the general area and it should "find its way". After doing this for awhile you should get the feel for it.
Yes, i was a little confused by Bruce's interpretation of that too. In addition, he added an eighth "virtual" chakra at the sternum, midway between the navel and heart. I agree though, the navel storage area should fill naturally if you concentrate there, and then spill over to the others. And don't do the higher ones first! It can cause energy imbalance and mental problems. I've been reading a lot that our mental institutions of actually FULL of people who have either willfully or involuntarily tampered with their energy reserves incorrectly and gotten very screwed up. These aren't toys we're playing with here, it's the power of energetic creation at the atomic level, and we all know what happens when a little itty bitty atom gets split...
fallnangel77: can you expand on your location definition?? I'd be grateful for more info.
narfellus: I'm happy I wasn't the only one.
I've read RB's OBE material many times and I've been working on the energy body for a quite some time, but I still cannot place the difference between the Chakras and the circit energy storage points [forehead, heart and navel]. What's the difference??
