I have difficulty with RTZ OOBE.  I don't let it bother me, there are other things I can do other people can't, so it all evens out.  I bet you could have AP'd if you thought about it.  If you had a psi-wheel next to you, you could have spun it []  

It sounds to me like you cleared a blockage.  Or more correctly remembered where that 3rd Chakra really was [:O]  That's what I call an altered or high-energy state, but that's just my personal semantics.

I am curious if you can hit it again the next time you try?

thanks, and yes i am also curios lol. as i said before it was the most unbelievable experiance i have ever had. and today my aura sight is about 5 times better than what it was. i used too se like fog around heads and stuff, but today in school i tried and my whole entire teach had a very vived green glow around her. it was quite clear. im curious too see what else i have unlocked []

something incredible happend to me last night, but i dont know if im getting myself into something i should not, or i have just progressed much further. it all started when i decidid to attempt a RTZ projection, because i have not tried in a couple weeks. ive mostly just been working with NEW and doing astral phasing. well it started really good, i could tell i was gonna get pretty far. then i decided to activate my chakras, and if youve read my other post i was having trouble with the lower ones. I realized then that my solar-plexus was in a different spot than i thought it was! i thought it was closer to the heart and i was just activating the heart. so i activated lower and WOW i felt all my lower chakras become active, it felt great. then i went into trance and i had lots of energy to spare. then i did the triangle method to get to the F-12 kind of state, i find that works so much better than anything else ive tried. soon i felt that the distance between my third eye and my ears were absolutly enormous! this isnt the first time for that though, i get this sensation every time i get to focus 12. but then, with all my major chakras open and in that state i realized i could mentally "push" something and get an amazing wave of energy. im not sure what this pushing is but it felt great. i kept doing it stronger and stronger, it felt like i was tugging on a rubber band than slowly releasing it. then, all at once, it was as if the rubber band broke, like a floodgate opening. i lost all control of the energy it just kept comming in and comming in and i was so happy! ive never felt happier in my life. i cannot begin to describe how wonderful it felt, every breath of air, it was great. but then i remembered how dangorus it can be to get involed in strong energy if you cant handle and i got scared and forced myself up. i jumped right up, i wasn't tired at all, (before that i was so tired i could barly get myself a glass of water). i had a chronic cough for a long time, and it was instantly gone after that, i could breath so easily. i was so happy i actually cried tears of joy, for absolutly no reason. it was a really wierd experiance and i am wondering if I accedentily made a wrong move and should stop all energy work, or if i stumbled on something great. and if i did it seems really strange because i cant even have an RTZ projetion yet. then i thought maybe it was the pre-obe vibrations, and the vibes i used to feel were nothing more than energy resistance in me. do the pre-obe vibrations come with the sense of euphoria i described? i am confused and very startled at this and would greatly appreciate any feedback.
