Spiralling energy

Does anyone out there have experience working with spiralling energy? Within the body and without? I'm trying to figure it all out and yet can't find any solid info anywhere. Looking for spirals in all the wrong places...

Hi,
The energy of the chakra spirals out of the centers.  We can spin (spiral) our energy in order to build it up to higher strengths, etc.  In ancient times we used to spiral energy clockwise to do what is now called white magic, and counter-clockwise for the opposite.  Perhaps the workings of those times still applies today ?

Intriguing and worrying to me what you say.

I've been working with my spirit helpers and I seem to be getting the female energy circles me CC and male goes C. I also seem to be getting energy from the earth comes up CC and from heaven comes down C.

An interesting way of travelling above and below came to me, though I haven't done it this way before and have travelled fine, so am confused as to why I'm being shown this:

I have lights in my body, the three connected (dan tiens) and then those coming out of my arms and legs. He takes me and spins my bottom-half C, all the way up then CC, then C, then finally my top part spinning CC. Find the whole body CC spins me down down down. The whole body spinning C takes me up up up. The half and half helps me stay in one place.

I'm also greatly fascinated by the energy spiraling out to the body from the dan tien.

Any thoughts, ideas, help, would be greatly appreciated.
