Hey, I'm really new at this and I first started researching qi about 2 weeks ago. I was building a retaining wall in my yard when my hand started feeling really wierd. It didn't actually feel hot, but there was steam comming off of it because my hand was wet. I thought maybe it was the sun, but it was very brief and only happened once. Later that week I saw an episode of Ripley's believe it or not, and saw how a man could generate heat in the palms of his hands using an ancient Chinese healing technique. This is what sparked my interest.
I have been reading posts and have gotten pretty confused because there is so much more to this than I had thought. I have heard of chakra before but I have no clue what crown chakra is or brow chakra is, the difference between them, how to activate them, and what happens when a person activates them. There is also kundalini which I havent heard of and was confusing trying to figure out when I reasearched it. Im sure there is also more that I havent seen yet.
Im not quite sure where to begin in all of this, but any pointers or advice would be a great help. Thanks!
