strange sensation on one spot on leg

Hello!  So, I have been doing the NEW stuff for a few weeks now, have been going slowly so am still doing the basic waking everything up work on arms and legs so that I am sure to get it before moving on.  

For the past week, whenever I intend to start work or when something in my environment triggers my being aware, I feel a pointed tingling on the outside of my right lower leg.  It is a very specific spot, not unpleasant, but very insistant.  Other random tingly spots have come and gone, but this stays.  Wondering whether this corresponds to anything in particular that I should be aware of.

Also am doing a lot of releasing in the sternum area (outside of NEW) thanks to some Feldenkraise and Reiki in addition to the work I do as an opera singer; I have been "holding" there and have in the past few weeks learned to let this go, and thought it was worth mentioning in case there is a connection.

Get yourself a solid book or chart on acupuncture point location. There are major and minor points. They are used for health purposes in many disciplines. Often times if one lights up, circular massage or direct pressure on the point is beneficial.

You can tell if it's an energy blockage if you put your hand over it and the sensation stops.
