does anyone here have a constant awareness of any chakra? my sub-brow and crown are active whenever i want them to be... basically 24/7

i cant really get the other ones --- im wondering if anyone else any constnatly open ... specifically the other ones (base / heart / naval)

Hi,

It uses to happen to me suddenly and sometimes, but just with my throat and heart chakras. It's very joyful, sure.

My third eye chakra always seems to be open. I have trouble with my heart chakra and throat chakra. The rest I always seem to be aware of.

i think my hand chackra is also active often bcause i feel a heat above my palm. ........ .. ..
but i dont like it bcause it is active but cant control it :brickwall:
