Does anyone have this ability? I am not asking how to get this power, I am asking if anyone has this ability, and if they do, what can they do with it, and how long did it take them to gain this power?

i really doubt you can control your body temp to such an extent, but i wouldnt be suprised if there were some yoga exercises which did this, i know doing breath of fire makes you hot internally, but i dont know of anything to make you cold...
Cryokenesis dosnt exist, only Thermokenesis. Cold does not exist, it cant be measured. Temperature is the amount of heat in the air. Only heat exists. Therefore in order to freeze somthing, you must take away its heat(or kenetic energy) rather than imagine a freeze beam or somthing. This is atleast why i think most people cant do it. I think that forms of psycokenesis must abide by the rules of pysics. Try to imagine yourself pulling the heat out of a drop of water and see what happens.
