hey zord,

good to see the progress! Heat is usually a good sign i would say, as long as its not uncomfortable. You might notice that when they feel hot energywise they are almost always physically hot too, so much so that people can tell the difference between the warmth of your hands and someone who doesnt manipulate awareness. so, something is definitely going on there!

moving energy can seem a bit more complicated, im guessing the better you concentrate and relax the easier it will happen, think natural when moving energy try not to force it too much!

Hi again [] so i've been steady with my training and i'm starting to get something...heat i dunno if that is the right feeling but in my hands i can feel the heat coming off of my hands like fire it comes off of my hands wavey like if my hand was set on fire its pretty interesting...i dunno if that is a good sign...or if i'm on the right track...also i still cant get my energy to move...i've gotten it once to move down my arm a bit but then it stoped and i couldn't move it back...(very annoying cause the feeling wouldn't leave) but i did try to get some of it to go into that chamber between stomach and public line (whatever its called) and like i said i couldn't move it around but i could place my hands on there and it felt like it was going from my hands to that "area" very nicely...anyway i'd just like to know if i'm doing the right thing so far...and basically just to tell ya guys how i've been progressing along like i promised i would []
