it seems like these 3 things are different names for the same thing. are there any major differences between the three? I think there's one more thing that is like the other three, but I can't think of it now.

James S

Chi and psi seem to be more or less interchangable.
Chi basically means life force energy.

Chakras are energy centres within the body that are focus points for our life force energy.

Hope that helps.

To add this to what James said:

Psi is using something elses energy like elements, earth, sun, moon etc...

Is it??

Ok, I didn't know that.
Guess I've only heard the term used with reference to things like psi-balls & stuff like that.

I know Chi and Ki are definitely interchangeable - one's Chinese, the other's Japanese

I dont know about that. From all that I have read, Mana is free energy that you can borrow from the elements.

To me Psi, Chi, Ki, Prana, and Chakra is all the same thing on different names, It makes no difference.

dmoney

what does prana come from? I've never heard of it

and to add to dmoney: chakra isnt even an energy
