Does energy training help your physical body?

Yes. Energy training can infact help the physical body... It wont make you toned or jacked up [ unless your developing a technique that does infact, do just that ] but it can help with building nerves back, or makeing them stronger.

Aswell as that, if a person manages to use energy in such a way to keep themselves 'neg free' or 'blockage-less' then that person will most likely have a LOT of energy to keep them from feeling 'drained of energy' [no pun intended] and exausted, easily. Plus that person would probobly be more optomistic and cheery about things, and stress free, wich is also a Very healthy thing.
If someone has the knowledge, and wants to do something, how far do you think they can go, if they lack the experience, and are unable to sustain the amount of effort needed to succeed?  ~ Self 2/25/2003

Thanx alot Tarconiss, I got one more question though, does it help your reflexes and stuff too? It seems that ever since I started my training, I have had better reflexes! [:D][:D][:D]

I think I heard from James (auraseer) that this is possible, in many different ways.  The point is to stretch the muscle to its maximum, then add energy to it.  

As for reflexes...that's the whole mental training dealie that was mentioned a while back.  I don't know how it works, but it does!  Hopefully it works for you too.

yea, im pretty sure it does increse physical abilities, along with mental. i know ever since i started using energy my strength has increased abnormally. example: someone i couldn't beat in arm wresteling a few months ago got beaten "like a hot knife in butter" after i started energy training. i have also been able to completely out-do my cousin physically in everything, eventhough we both energy train, lol. j/k

I've noticed a bit of physical improvement too. Not like I'm ripped or anything now, but I've realized that things that used to be more difficult for me (i.e. jogging a mile) have become slightly easier. Note the slightly. Reflexes seem to have improved more than overall physical ability. A lot of the time though, it's...hmmm...what to call it...I guess...coincidential reflexes. For example, I'll be in gym class playing tennis. I'll be in line for the courts (there's 40 kids in my gym class so we can't all play at once) and I'll decide to sit down for a little bit. As soon as I do, a tennis ball will go whizzing past my head. It's almost like I have a better sense of my environment.

Heh. I guarantee you that it can.

a few weeks ago i remembered something i read about expanding your muscles.  So, I've done it twice now, and I am certain I can now bench 200 - 250 pounds. Before, I struggled with 75.  My bicep (flexed) reaches 15 1/2 inches around (I just measured).

I also did it in my calves for running capabilities.  I noticed my speed has actually increased (I can run the 4 bases in 10 seconds, give or take), and going back to the arms, I hit farther than before as well.

This all in a 3 week period where I did it twice on each (bicep, calf).  So, take my advice.  It does work.

PS - No, when I flex, my shirt does not rip...  But I've been commented on the muscle's dexterity (not sure if that's the right word to use. It sounds cool, and not alot of people know it :D)
