Yes, I do this too. It makes me feel good but I haven't thought about in which ways so this time I will see if it makes me stronger and faster.

Yes, the extraction of energy from the moon often times lets you have extra energy you wouldn't normally have. Of course, you have more energy if you extract energy from the universe. but you can extract energy from individual energy from individual planets for short added bursts of energy.

The moon wou;d propably make you stronger considering that during full moons it seems to be closer and have a stronger gravitational pull so more of the moons energy will pass through the magnetic fields.[
