Spiritual energy = physical effect?

Hi A.pulse members.

This question is a really serious one. I say it cuz I know there are always some pretenders to be energy-masters or pretenders to know things and in the end they give wrong information so please I ask only people that had experiences or successes with this ability:
I read once (or 100 times) that spiritual energy from the bio-energetic system or collecting free energy from the nature can provoke physical effects. Some say very weak physical effects and some say strong ( cuz I think they live in a movie or are too much influenced of DBZ etc..).
Did anybody here experience strong flows of ki that had really provoked physical effects?

yes you can take in energy from nature which can cause a physical effect
the Hermetic control of the elements allows one to control the fluids in higher magic so that the air that the seeker inhales is imbibed with the prana of one element and this can manifest changes that are perceived physically in the environment around you as well as by the seekers own physical body . For example one can breathe in cyan air prana and be able to see with sound . One can breathe in indigo water prana and be able to effect a stream of energy from ones hands that can be perceived clairvoyantly . When one breathes in one element you do feel it . To be able to use higher magic one would be able to feel it see it hear it then too .

Right... well I haven't experienced many myself, but Robert Bruce does say that doing NEW helps with energy and healing and stuff, so yes. Healing is the main staple of health. It restores us, and it improves us.

Enhanced awareness is not a physical change, so I don't see how it applies here.

Thanks for the answers but redcatherine I didn't understand the connection between the colours and frequencies! Can you explaine me how it works or give me a good link for learning how to manipulate mana and be able to cause physical effects on something?
My question was kinda if I can create a power of pushing/pulling and not exactly telekinetik.

Vital Energy

I've noticed that if you feed off emotional energy in the air can at times make you nauseous or twitchy and other effects that are stronger then raising energy from nature.
