b4 u we do ne thing, u must b an electrokinetic psionic like me. if ur not then ur probably wasting ur time.

first of all, i c sparks of electricity wherever i look. i've ben like this as far back as i can remember. but nothing happened until i shot a bolt of electricity at a wall in my house and made a scratch in the wall. so if u have 2 at least c the sparks.

second if u can c them, u can manipulate them with ur mind by visualizing them moving around. do this until u have free control over the sparks and direct them towards urself. the clouds over u will begin 2 form momentarily if the sparks r moving fast enuf.

FINALLY the sparks attract bigger forms of electricity, lightning 4 example. so then direct the sparks at wutever u want and watch as the lightning strikes.

Your first statement was rediculous. Ever mind has the samer potential as another, to a certain extent. It's possible for anyone to develop electrotelekenetic abilities. I've met people who've done it, I myself increased my natural ability.

ShinTrueKiWarrior, Leo only meant that you can do such a technique only when you know how to do electrokinesis. He didn't say that you can't do electrokinesis. Everyone can learn it and then proceed furthur.

Electrokinesis              
Electrokinesis is the control of electricty.Most of you have use electrokinesis and didn't, I for one am one of those people. You know when you get mad and you go to touch someone and they get zapped thats electrokinesis.I'll explain one way to do this first put ki in your hand then visualize it turning into electricty.When you do you'll feel tingling and your hand will start to twicth.Now put your hand near something electric thats on like a TV and visualize the electricty shooting out from your fingers.Watch and see what changes.If it doesn't work at first try again.
Electricty drain-To do this turn your ki into electricty then go up to something that uses electricty.Make sure it is off for safety reasons.Now visualize electricty shooting into it and absorbing the electric energy inside it into you.Visualize the energy as a a yellow color. It is alsow related to air mana.
