states of unbelievable observation

I don't know about the vision part, since I do my energy work with my eyes closed.  However, I do get sensitive hearing, so I assume it's the same with vision.  Also, I get the feeling that my body is occupying a much larger space than it normally does.  I've found that when things move in this space I can kind of sense them move, even if I don't seem to hear them.  Could be my ears are playing tricks on me though.

yeah, sometimes when i open my eyes everything is white and slowly fades back to usual colors, all of my senses are sharpened, and they tend to stay that way after some time

try meditating on your body and senses exclusively (if you haven't done that), that tends to bring you more in the now as well as sharpening and expanding senses

amazing!One older friend sayed exactly this.You are on they way.Exclusive meditation is very powerful, and deals with what should be believe and what shouldn't. it leads to more perception and strengthens senses.(While I believe senses are karmic imprints)
He said also he meditated very long on hearing, and one day he heard
30 meters away, how dishes fallen off.It was huge pain.
He also sayed, he did this trainings regularly, but with some pauses in.
Cause to hard at training leads faster to burn out,naturally.

sometimes when i do energy work, i feel like the top of my head comes off and my brain is left open to the surrounding. its like taking off a pair of sunglasses that have been on so long i forgot about them. every sight or sound seems to have a meaning and its like im focused on every detail at the same time. usually the light starts to hurt my eyes though and i close them. this usually happens after crown activation, and its a very calm experiance. does this or something similar happen to others?
