HEADACHES to Robert Bruce

Seeing as nobody else has replied...

First of all I am definitely no expert!  

With headaches, I noticed that I can get them with crown chakra stimulation if I haven't been getting enough liquids.  Try to drink 2 litres of water a day (carry a water bottle around with you) and see if your problem gets better.  Remember that RB said that once your navel is full, the overflowing energy moves to higher centres.

Also do you get all sorts of crazy vibes over your crown chakra when you're doing this stuff?  I had a bit of an intense experience recently where I had all sorts of really strong waves all over the top of my head and I had a headache for the rest of the night!    And I wasn't even doing any energy work - I was just thinking about someone's previous incarnation and it was triggering all sorts of crazy feelings.

I think the headaches are caused in these situations because crown stimulation causes a higher-than-usual blood-rush to the head - which of course is a classic cause of headaches.  (Same reason you get one when you stop having coffee, but that's another story.)  And because hydration takes a while, once the headache sets in, it's going to take a long time before any water you drink makes things better.

Does that sound like a possibility?

Id really like Robert Bruce to answer my question.... Whenever I fill my SUBNAVEL center or whenever I raise energy, I get headaches... Will this fix over time??? Or will it only get worse??? And Id also like to know why you get the headaches... Is it your subbrow center expanding as your storage centers get filled??? Or is it your subbrow center getting damaged??
