Am I crazy to believe in energy? Or...considering I've had no significant experiences...am I crazy to believe these are possible? I have been reading a lot about Kundalini Reiki etc.

Most of my friends do not believe, in fact, the only friend who does, doesnt seem to have the patience to have learned how to do anything himself.

you should only question your sanity if your thoughts and emotions arent consistent. beleiving its crazy to beleive in energy would be to think that all yoga and martial arts systems are based on a dillusion of the masses..  
but seeing a little old man throw a big young man around like a ragdoll has to prove the existence of some "force" whatever you name it. energy is just a word at the end of the day, as is god lol.
split your awareness between your heart and head.

Apparently I found out recently that those who question their sanity are sane.  Those who think they are totally normal are the ones to worry about...  :shhh:

Reminds me of a button I have.  "Anyone who claims God is on their side is dangerous as HELL!"

That being said, belief in energy is not a reason to think oneself crazy.  It is a scientifically proven fact of the state of the universe.  No, I am not thinking of Newtonian or Relativistic physics here, either.  Look into Quantum theory a bit more.  A good primer for the basics of this same stuff in layman's terms is the movie "What the Bleep Do We Know?"

Thanks for that...something I can relate to, something I guess I already knew but had forgotten or hadnt made the connection.
