that would be your etheric body as it has grown stronger...{as not everyday you should train as it slows down your results} ... and now you can feel it as it is closer to your aura and your skin and stuff....i'm not to certain on this but thats how it is with me...

Here is what i think of all this : you normally use a big part of your energy for your daily energy training. By skipping 2 days, your body has stocked more energy and allowed it to be used by the primary chakras, here your brow center, which stimulated it and make it throb, a typical sign of its activity. Thus you were able to see auras.

I was already able to see auras, but I still never felt any feeling as strong as this one!

Hi there.

I didn't train on energy for about 2 days and today i felt a new feeling that I never felt:

I started to lose concentration and phocus (to see an aura of something) and then something strange happened: I started to feel great pulses on my brow center (third eye) and I guess it started to strenghten but then those pulses started to spread all over my body.
I could feel it anywere.

Can someone tell me what it was and if it happened to him?
