This is for those guys who think they are too manly to do something like this.Why deny yourself?We were designed for love by love.Its pretty obvious.

it depends on who I am with.If people are happy around me.and they are not poking around at each others wounds.I will let go a little.And I may get rather silly.But still not able to unwind everything.And I dont think I will ever be able too.Because,you guys know the way most people are.Inside they are really all good though.You cant forget this.So no reason to hate,that dark side is not TRUTH.

You can only do this when you are in a good mood.For me  it works better than any manual energy work ive ever done.

You will notice when you are in a good mood.Your energy body is already partially turned on.Especially in the lower legs.What you do is lay down somewhere you wont be disturbed.Think about all those things you love about the world.

Im a nature lover.And there are a million things I can go through.You will start feeling more energy being sucked into you.You will start feeling even better also.I than go through some animals Ive encountered throughtout my life.I feel what they feel.Total freedom and peace within myself.

some of those special people I have come across.I think about them.All those times they made me feel so much better.It was really them I was feeling at that time.They will forever be with me.

After all this I am like a helium balloon.My physical body feels like its going to float up.I have never really been able to project when I get to this point.But It doesnt really matter because I already am in a great place http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile.gif" border=0>
