I don't know the answer to your question, but have one of my own. Can you explain how you made the energy ball and then distributed it to your energy centers. I've been working with energy in my hands and would be interested in hearing it.
be aware of the power in your hands. feel that power running through you. then simply start rubbing both of my hands slowly, and increasing the speed, until it's really fast. heat will be generated.
now, detach your hands slowly, while you still feel the heat between both of your hands.
slowly slowly, separate the hands. continue to do so until you feel the heat between both of the hands. it was windy at the time, and i was still able to feel the heat even though. it felt weird, i feel wind, it stays half warm half cold, and then when the heat goes it was warm again.
when i felt right, i started attaching my hands together. slowly slowly, i drained the energy from the ball i created into my heart chakra, it was overwhelming to take it all at once, so i did it in 3-4 breathes, i moved it to my heart chakra.
after i was done, i was told by the person next to me to start touching parts of my skin, and see how it feels. i didn't want to. i kept my hands closed together, and tightened it up every few moments.
then after we were done, i put my hands under hers, and we both felt an incredible surge of energy between both of our hands.
that's my experience with it. :)
i'd be more than happy to receive some more exercises regarding this, maybe about manifesting colored balls, etc.
anything you have would be great, i just started working with energies :)

That's very interesing, gonna practice that sometime.
What I do is one of the exercises I found on www.psipog.net, but a little differently. I cup my hands and keep them about shoulder length apart, then focus on both palms to feel energy there (feels like static electicity tingling in both palms. I slowly bring my palms together and as they draw closer to one another the tingling and pressure on my hands gets increasinly intense. Don't let the finger tips touch one another, bring the hands till the tips of your fingers are a few centimeters apart, the energy felt should be pretty strong. I stay in this position for a few seconds, just feeling it, then move my hands apart and bring them together, as they're coming back together the energy felt should increase. Step 5 There's an illustration of two hands moving apart and then together while increasing energy. A small thing I've noticed though is that sometimes I get dizzy when doing this for a while or a few days in a row.
I've only been working at pasiballs for two or three weeks, so if anyone cares to ring in and critique the method feel free to do so. I could always use some advice.

however i know another person which should be really good in fighting, he told he they don't even learn about the chi in their kung fu.. so it varies, apperantly.
i teacher actually tries to open an academy for kung fu in israel, something which wasn't attempted before, as far as i know.
in our current system, you gotta teach in order to advance beyond a certain point. :)

So anyways you just have to fill your ball with your feelings.
After you learn to create a strong ki ballyou can put in it some of your emotions and feeling which may affect your opponents.
You can try to make an ice ball or a fire ball by just thinking on the best source to take the energy from.
But actualy your question should be asked in "psychic self defence" there would be a lot of good answers over there.
Anyways you can decide which energy to use in your ball - positive or negative. That's your choice. If you want you energy to be good and positive you just have to visualize it as positive.

last night, at my kung fu lesson a girl taught me how to manifest an energy ball via the heat of the hands.
i quickly learned i could use that technique, and fill my energy centers with that energy. it was overwhelming, i couldn't even take all of the energy at once.
how can i use it on other people, and not harm them?
let's say i want to create such a ball, and fill someone's heart center with it. how can i even tunnel the energy towards them?
please do note that i don't want to cause any harm to the other person what so ever, nor to me.. i want the safest way possible, for if i make any damage i won't be able to see it ;)
