Energy Body spasms..

i'm not sure i understand what you mean by bump or spasm.  when i draw energy through my body the whole thing feels like it spasms sometimes.  do you feel a blockage?  normally if you feel a popping or the such it's one of your exchange ports opening, which is a good thing.  i remember the first time my bottom two chakras opened i thought something exploded in my body.  i guess it kinda did though.

i've been working on my energy body/chakras lately, and just today i fully felt several of my chakras through humming different notes.  my question is:

what do you do when you feel a bump or spasm in your energy body?  say, i feel a perturbance suddenly on my left top shoulder.. what should i do?  direct energy from a chakra to that area?  what are these bumps anyhow?
