I have moved my physical body a little into the real time zone, so any part of you made of energy must be able to go farther. I am not sure which part of my energy "energy body" is, but some part of it can go to other planes.

Hi,
We are sitting inside the human energy bodies that surround us, including the astral form.  They too are existing in the dimensions around us, making us truly multi-dimensional beings.

Personally i think we are massive beings that exist at all levels of awareness at the same time, with our human physicallness anchoring our awareness to this 3D level.  As such we are great and powerful beings in our own right.  If only we could remember that !

Love Always.[:)]

if everything is made of energy then the "energy body" can go anywhere, the only limit that i find is when the energy level isn't the same.

I think to do justice to this topic you would need to understand quantum mechanics and understand exactly what physical is. Everything is really just vibrations(OM?). Matter is just a slower vibration than an energy particle and somewhere at the bottom of the pile there is a particle that connects to the sea of endless zero point energy(Prana/kundalini???) and transfers that energy over to the physical just as electrons transfer energy in chemical reactions. This would explain how the physical comes from the astral(zero point sea of endless energy). Thoughts would be an astral vibration for example and could create whatever we wanted on the physical if we could tap into enough zero point energy. I was reading on one of the topics all the arguments about levitiation and I think this(any telekinesis) is only possible with huge amounts of energy. We would have to do so much energy work that we practically glow and become some sort of antigravitation device, more energy than matter. The same thing would go for becoming immortal. If anyone is immortal(Babaji from Autobiography of a yogi for example) then he would have to have transferred so much of this zero point energy into each cell that he is practically speaking more astral than physical, like some sort of high tech "solid" hologramm that can never die of course but is really not like us normal mortals in the physical sense anymore.

There is even a guy who sells stuff and offers courses based on his technology to make such particles and charges objects with this zero point energy energy. I bought a headband but did not feel anything as they said I should. That does not mean it is a bunch of nonsense however. I just did not go into it deep enough and  I find energy work with breathing definitely cheaper and easier.
A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds.

i actually don't think that the "energy body" is actually energy.  i think th at the physical universe sits in front of the etheric universe.  i've said this before in other posts, but i think that it has to do with multiple dimensions.  the etheric realm existing in the fourth mathematical dimension of space.  that is how i perceive it.  etheric "energy" i.e. chi, prana etc. seems to cause manifestations of physical, normal, everyday energy.
as below, so above

I showed here

that energy and mass are the same kind of particle, but the difference is one is turned on its side, and you can see it from an angle which changes the amounts of mass and energy it appears to have.

I can sometimes see the connection between astral and physical, and it appears to all be made of these same particles, but connected different ways.

I think it is made of energy.

Opinions required.  Does the energy body exist solely in the physical plane and is as yet undetected or unrecognised by science, or does it 'straddle' the physical and other planes?
