My advice is to try looking up "six healing sounds", "inner smile", and "microcosmic orbit" from chi kung. Google or one of the other search engines will give you more than you need. The more you read the better. The reason for the order is this: the healing sounds will help to cool and balance your energy. The inner smile will make you stronger and healthier. The microcosmic orbit will help you increase the quality of your energy.
You are right that reading is not enough. Practicing what you learn is much more important.
Heh heh heh... I know exactly how you feel, with the warm/hot tingling moveing along the spine/back.
something i've tried doing from that point... when you begin haveing that feeling.. try to make it happen again.... not on its own... but try to will it to happen... try to be able to just summon up that tingling feeling. [ and what i've done from there ] Try to make that tingling feeling move from your back, through-out to your entire body and limbs...
From personal experience i feel that it can help clear up minor energy blockages, and promote higher energy capacity in the entire body, because of willed use to strengthen that feeling/ of frequent energy use to allow more energy to pass through.
I know that its a natural occurance, and im not quite sure exactly what it can be used for... but i just do that to keep energy moveing in my body, and because i enjoy the warmth, and the ever-present tingling it comes with, to relax.
As to the type of energy it is...... I wouldn't go as far as to nameing it... i just know that it is energy... raw, and very intertwined with the physical.. I'de just try to get it stronger, knowing that, it IS energy[of what kind, it doesnt matter, but its strong and fairly controllable], and because its stronger, but easy-ish to manipulate, that to raise that energies' level, would have an adverse positive affect on oneself.
i think it has something to do with motivation and physical boost to the muscles because when I get in a fight I either feel it in my stomach or tingling up my back. I think it may also be to clear out the blochage as you say to prepare for energy use. I also think this kind of raw energy can be converted into other energies of some sort of use!
hi i have resintly been practicing with energy and noticed that all this blahblah reading doesn't help for me i just feel within myself and the energy comes. (music helps me alot) what kind of energy is this it tingles up my back mostly, I feel hot and end up taking off my shirt and feel great power but i am stranded! I don't know what to do with the energy. And what kind of energy is it? please i really need somebody who knows what there talking about to help me out I need to grow stronger>
