Hey there people, Im looking for some energy raising techniques so I can really raise my game on the astral projection front. Last time I projected I felt really lethargic and "hungover" the next day. I eat very healthily, Ive completely rid myself of any vices tht could be detrimental to my energy system, I ground myself daily by mountainbiking/road cycling along with some boxing. I have asked my higher self to come forth whilst meditating and balance my energy system and Ive definitely had results but I feel I could be doing more...please guys, any suggestions or opinions are appreciated...thanks

That's Robert Bruce's Energy Raising System.

I agree with Tiny though, your activities are good energy work.  Being active helps a lot.

Perhaps you might consider taking up Tai Chi or something similar.
be awesome.

Dear personalreality,

that was a misunderstanding.

What I was saying is that he is obviously spending/releasing his energy on sports so there it goes.

By the way, my experience is that the best way of moving/balancing subtle energy is through complete passive or transcendental meditation as it has been called.

That's physical energy, not subtle energy. Physical exercise is a great way to increase energy. The healthier your body is, the more freely energy will flow and the fewer problems you'll have. It's also a good way to work out blockages (especially ones caused by stress) and ground yourself.

Of course, it's always good to do energy work as well to properly feel, circulate, and store it.

Hey there, thanks for your responses.....I feel my need to exercise comes from my very real need to resist the urge to settle into a non-productive lifestyle... where someone else is setting an agenda for me...eating crappy food, sitting in front of a tv etc etc.
Tiny, I have considered that I may be expelling more energy than I should , however when exercising, if im outdoors cycling I actively visualise and attempt to absorb the energies of my surroundings, sun, wind, (Im in scotland so rain also..lol) animals, whatever it may be...its something I do with real intent and belief...but It may be the case that Im not understanding certain things, Im kinda making it up as I go to be honest. Yeah as I said I may be leaving myself depleted...if so hows the best way to recharge??(say prior to going to bed perhaps)
I think the Robert Bruce information thing can no doubt help me, Im definitely gonna give it a look also
Thanks for your input guys

I'm exactly the same. Exercise makes you feel good, especially outdoors. Even when you're done and panting hard, it feels great. That's the good energy.
