I was wondering if anyone out there listened to music while doing energy work.  I have tried this a few times, sometimes it's nice background music, but at other times it is very distracting.  I suppose it depends on the type of music one is listening to.  Anyway, just a curiosity, I am interested to learn what others would say of this.

Liquid Dub - Volume 7 (except the blue lotus track) its the only music I listen to, but any real ambient / ambient dub is pretty good. This cd has a lot of eastern influence which is cool.
