projectable double confusion

hello to the people

i  am slightly confused about something Robert says in Astral  Dynamics....

he  mentions that   the vibrations  are caused by the generation of the projectable double,    but he also says that  the torso energy rush is the generation of the projectable double.  

I have experienced both of these sensations seperatly in the same training session... hence my astral body being generated twice.....  could someone help clear things up here??

please correct me if im wrong,  or if i have misunderstood what Robert means.
