Entering your chakras

I was reading the book "New Chakra Healing" by Cyndi Dale which offers some interesting thoughts on other energy points beyond the normal chakras. And one of the things she mentions, in passing, is that she occasionally has her patients project into their chakras in her therapy work. Now while I wish she had given more detail I was able to figure out a technique for this. It's very simple. Stimulate the desired chakra first. Then visualize is as a swirling vortex of energy. Just focus on this visualization, make it real to you. Feel the pull of the vortex on your mind and let it suck you down.

While I haven't been able to do this myself, I have been able to have my friends do it under hypnosis. When you're in it either shows up as a featureless landscape of light or as a symbolic landscape. It is very simple one in to summon a guide, just call out or will it and someone will show up. I'm pretty sure these guides are manifestations of the intelligence of the chakra or some kind of built in maintenance program as opposed to an outside entity.

But, from the inside it is possible to directly tackle and deal with blocks, dissociate trauma; and I strongly suspect, directly stimulate physical and psychic abilities. It's also possible to have you guide show you the connections to different chakras and the layers of your aura, so you don't have to go out and come back in elsewhere.

I'm just tossing this out there. I'd kind of like to see what kind of experiences other people have with this.
