Im, yet again, starting NEW. I have been able to do every part of NEW in past experiences with it, except for one thing; the hip centers. It says to brush, stir, and wrap (I think) the hip centers, and Mr. Bruce tries to explain where they are located, but I still am not sure. Below Ill put a picture of a body that I found (Google rules!), and I would like someone to maybe use paint to circle the hip centers on him and post the picture/PM me with it. If you feel the energy, then you know you have found the correct point when you feel a gathering of energy into a major nexus or juncture.
I've been involved in Kundalini Yoga and noticed that I was able to feel energies in the rest of my body after my Crown Chakra Initiation. But there might something you can do. I've noticed that if I can become aware of a very small pea sized chakra that is located in the swivel point of the head at the top of the spine, then it intensifies my awarness of all the energy movements in my body.
it takes awhile, even with practice to locate and focus on that little chakra, even after knowing where it is. It is like peeling an onion. You know you have gotten there when you feel it oscillating back and forth. Stay focused on it for about 20 seconds, and then you can use that connection to begin focus onto other body energies. For instance, you can bring that focus down into the chest and feel your heart beating for the first time.
Thank you Leo Volont! Ill have to try that awareness-in-the-back-of-the-head thing you mentioned :D . Also, Ill just flow energy around my hips, and when I feel something, like you said, I know where the chakras are.

I can tell you where I feel it in me--
Imagine pushing a rod into the ball of your hip socket, at the top of the femur from the side (not the "hip" at the top of the pelvis where your beltline is, it's lower down; the top part of your leg). If you pushed it all the way through, it would emerge very high up on the inside of your leg, near the very top of your crotch. I feel the two poles of the hip center to be where the ends of the imaginary rod are. If I just think of ithat area they start to buzz....
In your diagram, it's about where the arrow points for "palms", but on the leg.
