I have a bit of asthma too but not as severe as you do. From what I understand reading Robert Bruces writings is that it is optional to do the (energy)breathing. I mean, as long as you do it it's good. Effort is what it takes, within time you will be able to breath deeply! Just keep doing it in the ways you can do it!

Good, then I'll just do it how I can.

My asthma is actually pretty mild, but this stupid bronchitis is what's making it so difficult.  Oh well, at least I know it will get better eventually.

As long as you try your best you should see some results. Maybe N.E.W can cure your bronchitis? You never know []

Hello,

I have asthma and was just diagnosed with bronichitis.  I'm at the section of astral dynamics where I'm supposed to be doing the full body circuit.  I find it very difficult because it follows an In-Out breath pattern, and my lungs are weak.  If I try to stick to this pattern, I end up with a coughing fit.  I know this won't be an issue when I get well, but in the meantime, is it possible to have a continuous circuit?  In other words, to just have the energy continually flowing from my feet, up my spine, down my front to the sub navel storage center, without consciously having to start a new circuit with each new breath.  My breathing is so erratic right now that this is very difficult and I have to stop after a few minutes.
