Pain in the eye balls

I have been trying and meditating quite a bit lately. The thing is that  I have noticed quite a few things, but one of those actually hurt. Those are my yet balls, the whole thing hurt quite a bit.

Hi,
The idea is to relax all your body. This includes the eyes too. I assume you are new to this.
When you're totally relaxed not moving a muscle voluntarily, your body will go on autopilot and keep breathing etc.
When the relaxation gets deeper you'll notice less of your physical self and eventually appear to be inside your head. This is perfectly normal and safe. Along the way you'll see shapes in the darkness and maybe hear some noises. These are all signposts you're doing well.
It takes many attempts as its new until its familiar to you. Keep calm and listen to your breathing, thats the best start to try.
