How long should I do the early exercises before starting to do the energy raising exercises?

I'm guessing you should always try the earlier exercises every now and then. As for when you start on the laters... I'm guessing when you can successfully and easily do the earlier one's without needing total calm or any stimulation.

From my own experience, I think it's important to start raising energy as soon as possible, or as soon as you feel ready to do so.  But it's also important not to ignore your feet/legs and hands/arms, as when you start raising more energy, you will find that you are more aware of blockages and also you can always make new pathways.  The more energy you raise, the more you become aware of the energy flow in your body.

It's just that I AM having a hard time imitating the EXACT feeling of, for instance, stirring with a physical finger.

However, I CAN target an area quite well and get it to respond too. But I rather use the whole trace PATH as a whole instead of following the finger trace exactly since I'm not very good at that for some reason. Like pressing a hollow pipe against an area and feel the edges of the pipe...

For instance, if I just focus on my wrist I will feel my wrist buzzing slightly, so that's what this is about anyway, right? I mean does it really matter what method you use if you get the right end result? I was even able to do this without any practise before I heard of the new system, so perhaps I'm making it too hard on myself......

Everyone is different.  Don't limit yourself trying to follow some written plan.  If you can do an entire arm, then more power to you and move forward.  Your only limitations are in your mind.
There is a physical limitation upon how much light a human body can sustain. Interestingly, there is no limit on how much light a human vessel can generate. When fully enlightened you must instill your light in order to maintain its wisdom.

Since it does say the NEW exercises use up your personal energy reserves, it would make sense to move into energy gathering as soon as possible, I agree. I of course I am taking it slow, even if it does mean my health must suffer. I'm going to make sure that each and every exercise works completely so that I doubt it as little as possible, before I go on.

Any negative health effects, while perhaps painful, I see as a good thing, because while my personal life is a bit stressful right now, I'm in very good health. If I suddenly get incredibly sick from meditating (which is as close to sleep as you can get besides resting), then it's proof that SOMETHING is happening. Not something to make a habit of, but a great experiment.

Similarly, if I ever do get free rings from Alex Chiu, I'll try them on the wrong way to see what happens too.

I'm new to this whole scene... What rings are you talking about?? I'm curious :)

And thanks for the reply to all. I did some energy bounces and I felt the energy moving. Especially my legs were very noticeble.

I'm also using the NEW tools to heal my left wrist (RSI problem) and I really think it's working since I'm playing quite complex stuff on my guitar and I don't feel a sore wrist as I had.... I'm only using these techniques for a short time. I'll continue with it, that's for sure!

I'm also interested in AP, but this healing/energy thing is nr.1 on my list for now :)

Ignore em, so far as I know they're a scam =P

As for me, I can sense fluctuations throughout my body fine, but I'm not entirely convinced it's just not me being sensitive to my pulse in different areas of the body.
