  Secondly don't even bother trying to make a visible energy ball cuz I can tell you from experience it just doesn't exist. The feeling you get when you try to make an energy ball is really just the travel of Ki,Qi,Chi through your chakras. Flare up?? I don't think so lol!

It's really unreal to flare up like in movies but YES energy CAN be visible to the naked eye!
But don't dream even to create one visible ball it take lifetime training to reach it and second, I heard from ppl that they even don't control the visibility of the ball, they just create strong balls and sometimes by mistake thay just see the shining ball.
Of course it's hard but it worth!
So anyway, I tell you just not to think about it until it happens by itself. Or just practice AP, you can do there whatever you want, it's funner than the physical reality!

When i added alot of energy into the psi ball i caught a quik glimse of the psi ball, i used to create psi balls with my eyes closed then open them to see if got anything. I only once saw it, it was a perfectly see throgh yellow.

   I know energy can be seen to the naked eye. I'm sorry you must have mistook my explanation. I meant that flaring up like in DBZ or Yu Yu Hakusho doesn't exist. And for the visibility of the ball, it is impossible not to be able to control the visiblility of the aura because the aura always has a colour it it's just the person looking for it that needs to learn to see it. You can't make energy visible, you have to learn to see it unless you were born with the natural ability of auric vision.
