Good day all!
      I have had the 'NEW' material at my disposal for a while... I have been investigating another couple of avenue's and now I've recently come back to it... I mean I don't consider myself obeisse or anything.. but have any of you noticed as you improved the condition of your body..  you started to shed a couple of pounds... It just would make sense to me that as u cleared blockages and restored balance to your body... things may take a more optimal configuration...

In the past 4-5 months of doing meditation I've lost 40 pounds.  I don't do 'NEW' as it is taught or written.  Is it all 'energy' work?  No.  I know that eating cheeseburgers and super-sizing fries is not good for my physical body, and I know from personal experience it's terrible for my energy body.  I've changed my diet to be more energy body friendly.  That means I eat better foods, less of them, and I cut out as much 'junk food' as I can.  I also excercise more often.

Oh, and I do energy work on my food as well.
There is a physical limitation upon how much light a human body can sustain. Interestingly, there is no limit on how much light a human vessel can generate. When fully enlightened you must instill your light in order to maintain its wisdom.

Obviously life style changes do make a big difference, i guess I was just referring to any trends individuals have noticed that could be closely correlated with the onset of regular 'new' practice!

Cheers!

I think that this is a major problem with NEW. From when I started NEW I can't gain weight anymore. I have only 83 kilos, and I eat extreme amounts of food, but I cannot gain even a kilogram...
MEAT=MURDER.

There is one thing that everyone needs to remember, that you need to be HEALTHY in order to PUT ON WEIGHT.

So.... if weight starts falling off, the first thing you should ask yourself is whether or not you are SICK.

If you are losing weight, it should be because you keep yourself hungry.

They did a study with animals.  It turns out that if you feed animals about 30% less from the point where they are not demanding to be fed, they live about 30% longer... even though they are deleriously hungry all the time.  Apparently, being hungry all the time, and never having a fully satisfying meal is the Real Fountain of Youth.  But are you willing to be hungry just to live longer?

When I was young I could eat piles of food and still stay thin.  But during one Recession or another I ended up On The Road and I often found myself miles away from my next meal.   We live in a fortunate World where most people do not know what I am about to tell you -- that if you ever become malnurished... if you are ever starved... it 'breaks' your metabolism into going into overdrive, that is, if you could once eat anything without getting FAT, those days are over.  Once starved, or once exposed to severe dieting, your body will learn to never again waste another calary.  After your ordeal, if you return to 'normal' meals, you will plump up like a cornfed porker.  The answer is to cut back and be alittle bit hungry for the entire rest of your life.   You will get to understand food the way an alcoholic understands alcohol.  Sure, you need to eat, but you need to take food in a controlled way, like it is medicine.  Only Enough, and not a bite more.
