Hey chief, I have a biatch of a time with the major chakras, so concentrate on your secondary chakras which is explained here. You must unblock these first and I believe this. This is according to Robert Bruce. I'm getting results with NEW (New Energy Ways)

Download the pdf to the right on this page. Have fun. It takes a s-load of discipline though, go slow and don't quit. Do a little at a time as it's boring as hell till you get past the foot and hand work.

Just what I was going to refer him to! You can also read it (or the simplified version) on the website, which may be easier because of the links or if you're accustomed to viewing it that way. You can even customize each individual page for printing! Printing the PDF would have been easier though... I wish that was around when I original printed out the first half or so of NEW.

liquidreality

Thank you Knuckelbrain1907 i will be sure too look at that which i will probobly do today....:)

I printed it out, the pdf that is, punched holes in it, got one of those nice white binders that you can put a title page on the cover. Love that book dammit. I'm a psycho with books  :x

I didn't think of NEW as boring and much need of discipline since I tried to do it anywhere I sat or lied down. Pretty quick I just done it without thinking much about it at all and I could concentrate on other stuff while doing NEW like watching TV or sitting by the computer.

knucklebrain1970

Well for me, it's gotta be a disciplined thing with a strict regimen. That's how I operate. I can't concentrate on it when I have the TV on. My wife watches all that reality TV BS, so I sit with her,  I put on the mp3 player and listen to some dreamy music and spend a 1/2 hour on the legs and 1/2 hour on the arms. Full focus and concentration is the only way I really feel anything. That's just me. I want to progress quickly so this is how I have to do it.

Ignorance is the result of the lack of motivation to learn

Tom

It works even when you don't feel anything at all. No one feels much of anything at first, but after a couple of days of doing it maybe you will feel calmer or happier or in general better in some way. There are as many different ways to feel the energy as there are people doing it, so you will develop your own style. The energy will match your expectations, but if you have expectations it will take longer to notice the effects which do not match your expectations.

liquidreality

Hey now that i think about it i think i might have felt a fealing when i did it it felt like a holow-ness ad it felt like it was absorbing for lack of a  better word.... but it was a truly odd felling, never have i felt that before... do any of you feel that when you do it? o and i think that i might have m.b.a.ed into my subnavil it was weird....O.O
Ignorance is the result of the lack of motivation to learn

knucklebrain1970

At first I felt nothing for days and days and I would get ticked off. I'm tired of hearing about chakras and energy when I felt nothing, nothing at all. However, I. Then I noticed with the pathway brushing on the legs I could feel it and the sponging I could feel it. But for me, I have to focus and concentrate while doing it. I feel light buzzing and tingling.  The rotary actions I feel nothing with. It takes time, plain and simple. Just keep doing it and don't quit. Like Tom said, even if you feel nothing, it's still doing something. I usually shut my eyes, put on headphones and zone out to some light meditative type music while I do it. If I can feel something from this stuff, so can you. Believe me.

Well, consider yourself lucky. It's harder for me because of my core beliefs and what I was brought up with.

Thank you.... do you think that its jut natural ability?
Ignorance is the result of the lack of motivation to learn

knucklebrain1970

I think innately everybody has the natural ability. Some choose to exercise it and some do not. For some it comes easy, for others like myself, it takes a lot of work. So if you can really feel what your feeling, that's a good thing. RB clearly states in the manual that some will feel instant sensations, while others will feel little to nothing. Just keep doing it and see where you can go with it.

Ignorance is the result of the lack of motivation to learn

PardonMe

I can relate to knucklebrain1970, I too have to concentrate and focus very hard too.  After two freaking months of doing just the basic thumb execerise I am finally feeling something. I have difficulty reproducing the sensation of physical touch with just my awareness.  I have to visualize
touching  or brushing in order for me to feel something.  I just started on my feet and legs and so far I can feel some slight tingling but then my feet always seem to tingle; perhaps poor blood circulation. Good Luck and your not alone in your struggles!

Welp, the body is organic, and it's your mind that controls your body. I simply tell my body what to do now. Although you could say that it's not really me, but the sum of the cells, bacteria, molecules that make it up. So in essence, it's not me  This is complicated for some to grasp. However, if it's my energy body, inside this limited piece of ***t physical body, you can bet I'm gonna damn well make sure I'm the one pulling the strings. My body has told me what to do for a long time. I've felt like ***t for a long long time and 1/2 of it was my thinking and the err of my ways. I've cleaned up my thinking (mind) but my body is still lagging. So I simply let my body know that this is what is going to happen. Energy work, and it's going to work. Whether it takes 3 months or 3 years. I know I'm supposed to be feeling more than I feel, so I am going to induce BRUTE FORCE  amounts of will power and mind over matter and make this work. That is the only option. For me, that means a strict regimen and BRUTE FORCE  amounts of discipline. For some reason with me, it has to be all or nothing. It's time I took control, you do the same. Most people don't realize the will they have over their body, as they figure there is some external force pulling the strings. I beg to differ. The brain (organic) will fight you tooth and nail, and do whatever it deems necessary to protect you. It's designed for survival. So when incorporating new ideas, methods and thought processes, including all this energy work, your brain is going to try to make you lazy, to protect you from whatever it feels is a threat.  The subconscious is powerful but a detriment in some ways. Perseverance is the key. Your subconscious will eventually get the message. My message to it, when I embark on something unorthodox as energy work is "THIS IS THE WAY IT'S GOING TO BE; END OF DISCUSSION"

You have to listen to the little chatter in your head. It's always there. For me, it's saying "watch TV, screw the energy work"

Most don't hear this little voice consciously, they hear it subconsciously, and do not recognize its presence, but they usually succumb to its desire. I make a point to always listen to what I'm thinking and importantly as well is having non-thought, even with this energy work, focus is key. I don't know how some people can watch TV and do this stuff. For me it's gotta be strict focus.

About your question how it feels when you pull energy to your sub-navel.  For me I first feel some bubbling in my stomach with the sounds and everything :) if it wasn't too long ago I ate, then it starts to tingle and after a while I feel a heat sensation which gets warmer. I haven't tried to went longer than that.

PardonMe

Your convictions and persistence is inspiring. My little chatter in my mind usuals says " come on your too tired to do this - go to sleep instead". I have to remain focused on that golden carrot to keep pressing on as well. But then I am easy distracted.  Keep striving for that tingle the rewarding sense of accomplishment will be that much greater!!

You

Oy, but sometimes we must listen to the body or it'll go on and die on us. The point is that you are in control, not that you deny your bodies needs, but that you allocate them.

Golden carrot is a new thing for me. Where'd you get it from? Are we all breeding like rabbits?

PardonMe

The carrot is based of an old saying, which I cannot fully remember.   People would use a carrot suspended directly in front of a horse to motivate the horse to move forward, thus pulling the cart along.  Once the horse pulled the cart to its final destination it finally receives the carrot as its reward. I added the golden part since people seem to respond well to gold.   People also respond well to sex so your rabbit analogy works as well.   <grin>
