Why do Energy Development?

for greater awareness. i want to be able to catch the day and without awareness of the inner and outher world and the conections between them there will be no knowledge and insights. the energytraining may not be a game of sensations. using it as a source for craving is a real trap.

raising your energy is key for projection. as you gain in your enegy development you will notice a definite increase in your bodies ability to heal itself. for me, my ability to focus has increased as well. another aspect you might consider is the healing of others. the transfer of energy to others gives them the same type of healing stimulation as you recieve yourself. often times the healing is more pronounced since the energy is delivered directly to the source of pain, and their body is probably low on overall energy. ther are so many benefits to raising your energy levels, the best thing is to start and see where it leads you.

Well really it depends on what energy developemnet techniques you do. I do more traditional forms of energy developement (kung fu, qi gong, and  meditation), i tend to be a little sketical about all this "ki" stuff but thats just me. i do it for a few reasons; relaxing, energy increase, strength increase, and faster healing abilities.
