becoming my heart chakra

the only time i put 100 per cent of my attention on my heart chakra i was engulfed in sensations of orgasm from all of my chakras- hardly a projection but i would trade a dozen projections for that experience again. when you try this stuff you never know what will happen. however my mind is blown by the techniques in astral dynamics-projection is a repeatable set of occurences in our awareness, which is not the same every time i try it but it always generates similar feelings, states of conciousness and experiences.

hello, ive just been practising NEW and i thought id try and get the vibrations, and for some moments my entire awareness was focuesed on my heart chakra and the rest of my body was irrelevant,  I assume you can do this with all chakras and eventually this leads to a projection......but i lost it and tried to "become"  my heart chakrs again but i just couldnt "find" it...
How do i maintain this sensation??  of 100% awarness on my heart chakra as i think it may lead to a projection.  

only someone with experience could probably answer this question...
