Yeah, i can summon goose bumps on command.  Freaks some people out sometimes too. =-)
Try doing it while its 90+ outside.

Only when one can sit back and look at the whole picture, can one see the purpse of the little things in life.

It is really odd. There are actually small muscles at the base of hair follicles. They cause a small bump to form on the skin and cause the particular hair to stick out. Goosebumps. Why we blame geese, I have no idea.

We call this in a way that can be translated something like "goose's skin".

when i watch a movie i usually sit in this recliner i have and relax as much as possible. i usually end up in  a halfway decent trance state.  i was watchng something the other night and halfway through the movie, while in a halfway decent trance state, i got the goosebumps becasue of the movie. this increased my trance state ten fold. it was pretty nuts. i know some people can give themselves goosebumps on the spot if they try.  if you get the chance give it a shot.
