Pulsing in upper-chest area

The only other physical symptom I can think of here is a random muscle twitch  in your chest, but you usually know what they feel like pretty quickly. I'd say you've reasoned out what it is pretty well. It does sound a lot like energy activity around the heart and throat chakras.

What you've described fits well with the pre-OBE type vibrations you can get from an active heart chakra. When you really get that chakra going it can feel like you've got a small two stroke motor running inside your chest.

If you become aware of it while meditating, try consciously drawing more energy into that area, and see what happens. It certainly won't do any harm.

I have, over the past few weeks, been getting occasional random feelings that i can only describe as small, dull pulses in my upper chest region. It's not a pulse in the sense of something that thumps at any rate or anything. I know it isn't any of my organs because it doesn't exactly feel directly physical. There is no pain what-so-ever.

Another thing is that it's sort of hard to pinpoint any certain area where this is occuring. It's more like it's just in a general area around my chest or throat. It happens without warning and as soon as it happens it stops. So it's not like it has multiple pulses, it's just one pulse and that's it.

I've posted this hear because the only thing i could think of it being is my energy body. Possibly it's my heart or throat chakra opening or something, i'm not exactly sure. I don't feel too different after it happens or anything. My attention just gets snapped towards it and that's it.

Like i said, it doesn't feel exactly physical. It isn't my heart or my lungs or anything like that from what i can tell. It seems seperate from any organs.

I don't practice any energy work and i've hardly even been projecting recently so i don't think it's anything to do with that, though i'm not really sure it isn't either.

Does anybody haev any ideas what this could be? It's not worrying me or anything, i'm just interested to hear opinions on it.
