I am not exactly sure what you mean, but I am sure that practicing NEW will not hurt you. You may be feeling a little drained from "flexing muscles" you are not use to using, so to speak. Keep it up and this drained feeling will go away as you get use to it.

i tried the mobile body awareness excercise yesterday and now my body feels limp, have i done something wrong or is this normal ?
