To Mr.Bruce ,regarding Kundalini , Other Questions

I saw Mr.Kang posting hes replys from you (i assume) and they seemed very insightfull.

So I am making a new post on the same subject so you can spot it more easely.Hoping to get a few answers answered myself,as this subject is my reason for searching the more mystical parts of the web.

A little background , It began with a melatonin treatment for regulating sleeping , wich made me incredibli ill ,it was most likely kundalini bursting to life but i never heard of it nor cared for anything spiritual. In the end of that episode i just thought i was dying or Loosing my mind bigtime. I was depressed after that for about a month and kundalini/ilness went totally from my life.

Until I tried loosid dreaming years later, i did it often as a child and knew it was possible , and somewhere i read OBE was closely related so i openminded tried that too, thought never was i warned of something called kundalini.

I never made the OBE but after 6-9 hours trying (what can i say , you loose track of time in deep trance/meditation, i persived only about 2 hours)something burst to life and filled me errh with emotions ,wich i enjoyed ,but was terriefied when it began diggin into my body!
And seeking answers ever since.
 
1: The Snake or hand as i sometime persive it. is supposed to go smoothly trough the body ? What timeframe are we generally talking about? (important ,since when im not doing something halfassed i do have a knack of overdoing stuff)

2:Can it get stuck in some glands ?  hehe my worst kundalini problem i persive to be it picking on my prostata and other very sensitiv areas(glands) , wich will swallow up and cause great pains when it goes on for hours , is it something to remedy it( nudge it along)?

3: When it touches the glands(hmm and perhaps the spine to) sometimes it seems so sharp a sting wich is so diffrent from what it normally feels like ,wich is the softest soft so to speak. do you know anything regarding it?

4:Something i persive the snake/hand almost outside my body and very often picking on damaged/painfull areas of my body with it cool ghostly touch , why does it do that?(somtimes it feels better other times worse after)


5: Do you know of any websites or books that has any good info about kundalini without having to learn all about Hindu/Budism? Almost all info i found so far have been either cryptic interlocked in religion or fairly inacurate.

6: this is getting very big , so enough .Would you be able to answer more questions per mail ? If so pm me your email and/or any links to sites you think i would be interested in .
