I havent tried willing shapes to appear, but if they did it would probably frighten me.

Are you sure you are seeing your Aura as "black and dull"?  I dont see my aura very well but I get 'impressions' of blue to red and yellow.  What colour clothes you have on affects the sight.

Try wearing a bright red T-shirt for a day (always makes me feel better).

Black in your aura is usually an energy blockage of some kind. The fact that you can see already, gives you a head start on determining what areas to work on, energetically speaking.  HOW MANY layers of the aura can you see?

VERY informative and interesting.  You could even take training from Silvia, to add to your NEW training.

hello to the people

i have a strange ability which i assume must be from NEW...  anyone else who practises NEW could also try this.....

i was looking in a mirror at my aura (black and dull * )    and found that if i focus anywhere on my skin  i can will shapes  to appear under the skin of that area.  Just now i willed a faint heart shape on my breast and a faint template of one appeared,  and also a triangle over my breast bone....

could anyone suggest what this could be, as i said, i assumed it was simply etheric matter causing this.

*   -- what does a black and dull aura represent?
im going to assume its down to my poor health  (ciggarettes,  unbalanced diet, lack of exercise)
